HBCU CDAC is working with HBCUs and MSIs to establish or expand accelerators, incubators, and other small business centers specifically focused on underserved groups, including women, minorities, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and small business concerns located in rural areas.
The program would spur entrepreneurial ecosystems for underserved entrepreneurs, giving their businesses the best chance for success, and would encourage collaboration between Federal agencies and institutions of higher learning that serve low-income and minority populations.
